Death-row: Culling aside, sheep dying a slow death

KARACHI: The stench of the dead, viagra buy half-dead and unburied sheep at PK Meat and Food’s farm is unbearable to say the least.

The story of Boozou’s amazing rescue

I had bought a pet Semi Persian kitten (Male) for my wife as a birthday present on 10th Feb 2012. We named the cat Boozou Bumpets. Boozou is a very shy cat and gets scared very easily. It took us a whole month to get him to recognize and associate with us. We used to live in a house in  Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13-d/1 and Boozou spent his days inside the house roaming around but inside. He has never ventured outside and has grown considerably. Read More

Wildlife secretary backed controversial import of big cats

KARACHI, hospital Sept 8: While the Sindh wildlife department is ‘observing’ silence over the legal status of the big cats currently housed in the zoo, order correspondence between government departments over the past two months shows that the wildlife and forest secretary had also endorsed a request of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation for the import of animals brought to the city without a mandatory permit in July, sources told Dawn on Saturday.

Our disregard for wildlife

Editorial in Express Tribune:

When we, vcialis 40mg as citizens, drug seek protection for something, we turn to our governments and our systems of law. However, if you live in Pakistan, it seems that you are quite out of luck. Often government employees are the ones found breaking rules and corrupting the system. A recent example is the hunting of deer, partridges and quails illegally partaken in by five men in Bahawalpur, three of whom were reportedly government servants.

Abandoned cat needs new home

Folks in Karachi, we really need your help. The family who adopted this abandoned male brown and white cat cannot keep him any longer because of a tiny toddler in their house. We need to pick up this cat from them as soon as possible, but don’t have the space to house him. We want an animal lover to help by either providing a foster home or a permanent home.
